Kiara Reyes has been part of Prime Physio Plus since April 2021, starting as a Physiotherapy Assistant before moving into a Front Desk Receptionist role and later becoming Clinic Admin Manager. This progression has given her valuable insight into patient support, team coordination, and clinic administration.
A 2026 graduate of Algonquin College in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Kiara brings both business knowledge and hands-on experience to her role. She helps oversee daily administrative operations, supports the reception team, and collaborates with practitioners to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
Kiara values clear communication and a welcoming atmosphere. She is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported at every visit.
